FLOOR SEALER AND CONDITIONER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
ON BASE underseal and floor conditioner restores old resilient tile to the "almost new" look. Unlike other seals, ON BASE is a remarkably tough product, yet easy to remove with any of Spartan wax and finish strippers. Spartan finishes and waxes bond to ON BASE providing excellent leveling and added gloss. With ON BASE being the underseal, resilient tile, cement, and terrazzo are much easier to clean and keep clean through programs that have been developed for floor maintenance. ON BASE is part of Spartan's Total Floor Care System. ON BASE enhances the beauty of old and new floors and is colorless. ON BASE seals and protects, reducing maintenance costs.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Some individuals may be sensitive to ingredients in this product. Before using, read product label and MSD sheet. Wet floors may be slippery. Prevent pedestrian traffic with signs or barricades.
1. The floor must be stripped of all old wax and finish.
2. Floors must be rinsed with a minimum of 2 or 3 clean water rinses.
3. Allow the floor to dry for at least 30 minutes before applying ON BASE seal.
4. Allow the floor to dry completely after the first coat of seal and apply second coat of ON BASE.
5. After seal has been dry for 30 minutes, apply two or more coats of a Spartan floor finish, for that high gloss "wet look!".
PACKAGING:
ON BASE is packaged in 330-gallon reusable totes; recyclable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) 55, 30, and 15-gallon drums; 5-gallon pails; and gallons, four per case. Label copy is available in English and Spanish. Secondary labels are also available.

GUARANTEE:
Spartan's modern manufacturing and laboratory control insure uniform quality. If dissatisfied with performance of product, any unused portion may be returned for credit within one year of the date of manufacture.
