DA-70 (007004)
DA-70 is an ammoniated, synthetic detergent compound formulated for heavy duty cleaning and wax and finish stripping. The built-in cleaning power of ammonia makes quick work of tougher mopping jobs and cleaning of walls, woodwork, marble, plastic and metal. DA-70's controlled ammonia content quickly penetrates and re-emulsifies wax and metal complex detergent finishes for easy removal. A safe, balanced formulation, DA-70 contains no abrasives or solvents to damage resilient flooring. Precision balanced surfactants and builders penetrate and soften heavy encrustations of old wax and finish without any deleterious effect on flooring itself. DA-70 dilutes economically for all stripping requirements. Most cleaning tasks can be accomplished with a 1:50 solution. The product's remarkable performance minimizes time and labor costs.

L.O.E. Stripper® (006104)
L.O.E. Stripper is an extremely aggressive finish and wax emulsifier, specially formulated for use in confined areas, and where typical, strong stripper odor presents a problem. L.O.E. Stripper is fragrance free and free of chemical substances that cause unpleasant odors. L.O.E. Stripper will not negatively affect indoor air quality. Excellent for use in health care facilities and confined areas. Contains no butoxyethanol...an important feature where the use of butyl is restricted and for those who prefer a non-butyl stripper. Even heavy build ups require little effort for removal . L.O.E. Stripper rinses easily and no flood rinsing is required.

NAD-75 (007504)
NAD-75 is specifically formulated to remove water-based and polymer floor finishes, including metal interlocked detergent-resistant finishes which normally require an ammoniated stripper for removal. NAD-75 has been formulated with MEA, a chemical compound which unlocks the metal interlock in detergent-resistant floor finishes, permitting both the finish and soil to be suspended in a detergent solution for ready removal. NAD-75 is formulated with low foaming wetting agents, permitting the user to use this in conjunction with automatic scrubbers. NAD-75 dilutes economically for all stripping requirements, in addition to saving the user time and labor. NAD-75, in addition to being an excellent stripper, is an economical and highly-effective industrial cleaner. NAD-75 may be used in conjunction with pressure sprayers and steam cleaning equipment. Please note: Because of the high alkalinity of NAD-75 we do not recommend this product to be used as an all-purpose cleaner; for example, walls, windows, etc.

Rinse Free Strip (008204)
RINSE FREE STRIP, Finish and Wax Liquidator, is an efficient stripping compound formulated to substantially reduce time and labor costs by eliminating the need to rinse as well as the need to machine agitate. The RINSE FREE STRIP formula contains water-miscible organic solvents which quickly penetrate and liquify multiple layers of floor finish, wax, and water-base seals. This combination of solvents provides complete evaporation of any residue which remains on the floor after pick up. RINSE FREE STRIP leaves stripped flooring neutral and free of residue without rinsing.

Step Down® (006504)
Step Down Low Odor Finish Liquidator is an effective floor finish remover designed to quickly penetrate and eliminate heavy finish build-up. The low odor formulation is ideal for use in facilities with confined areas and where strong finish remover odors are problematic. Unlike most traditional floor finish removers, Step Down produces little to no foam for easy pick up and less rinse time.
