SemiCut's state-of-the-art stain and corrosion inhibitors prevent rust, stain and corrosion on all metals. SemiCut is safe to machine and/or grind steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, copper, galvanite, carbide, stainless steel and the modern alloys in the nuclear and aeronautical fields. The Carbide Grinder (278805)

The Carbide Grinder is a dye and perfume free synthetic fluid specifically formulated for grinding cemented carbide (tungsten or titanium carbide) materials with cobalt leaching inhibitors incorporated in its formulation to eliminate or greatly reduce cobalt leaching effects found in most coolants. The Carbide Grinder inhibits cobalt leaching so frequent recharging is not needed. It is formulated with special materials which resist bacterial growth, thereby reducing clean out and recharge costs. It also resists foaming and exhibits excellent filterability to allow for a much cleaner, longer sump life.
The Cleaner (299505)

The Cleaner is a heavy-duty germicidal detergent complex formulated specifically to remove build-ups and kill odors and rancidity causing microorganisms in the coolant system of metalworking machines prior to recharging with fresh coolant. The Cleaner's disinfecting properties kill odor-causing bacteria and fungus that literally destroy the rust and corrosion inhibitors, lubricating properties, and overall stability of any metalworking fluid. The excellent emulsification characteristic of The Cleaner removes accumulations of grease and lubricating oils from the machine surface, coolant lines, filtration equipment, and the coolant sump . . . rinsing them away.
The Cooler (299005)

The Cooler is a general purpose multi-duty synthetic chemical coolant for use on cast iron, ductile iron and most other metals. The Cooler leaves a completely water-resoluble rust-preventative film on machine and parts. No gummy, sticky, tacky residue to tie up machine, which creates excessive maintenance costs and also will contribute to excessive bacterial growth. Formulated with a unique blend of wetting agents, The Cooler rejects tramp oil emulsification providing for easy removal of this contaminant through skimming, centrifugation, or other appropriate means. The Cooler contains unique corrosion inhibitors providing corrosion and stain protection on cast iron, steel, aluminum, brass, copper and most modern alloys.

The Cutter is a multi-functional soluble oil-based fluid designed for most machining and/or grinding operations. The Cutter contains superior corrosion inhibitors to protect galvanized parts, steel, aluminum, brass, copper, their alloys, and the modern space-age alloys of today. The Cutter formulation contains an odor-killing component to control odors and eliminate slime build-up on machine surfaces and in coolant systems. Use of The Cutter reduces rancidity problems and greatly increases the life of the coolant virtually eliminating down time due to operator complaints and other associated problems with a spoiled, rancid coolant.The Cutter leaves a non-sticky, free-flowing water re-emulsifiable corrosion protective film on both machine and parts. No sticky, gummy, tacky build-up to tie up machines or aid in bacterial growth.

The Grinder is a pure synthetic fluid designed for high-speed grinding operations on most metals. The non-foaming formulation of The Grinder eliminates foaming and misting problems on all high-speed grinding operations. Formulated with high-quality raw materials, The Grinder provides excellent rancidity and slime control. When used at the proper concentration, The Grinder eliminates foul odor problems associated with spoiled coolants in manufacturing plants. The Grinder works extremely well with diatomaceous earth, positive media, cyclonic and settling type filtration units.
The Metal Cleaner (282305)

The Metal Cleaner is a solvent free, moderately foaming, water dilutable detergent complex formulated to safely remove moderate industrial soils.The Metal Cleaner formula includes multiple rust and corrosion inhibitors to inhibit rust and corrosion on aluminum, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium, Tantalum, Magnesium, at concentrations ranging from 2:1 (43 ounces per gallon) through 30:1 (4 ounces per gallon). The Metal Cleaner is safe on plastic, glass, ceramic, synthetic rubber, typical o-rings and seals made of Viton, Buna-N, Neoprene, Teflon, polyethylene, polypropylene and most other normally used seals, o-rings and tubing. Specifically developed for parts washing operations, The Metal Cleaner may also be used in conjunction with pressure washers, steam cleaners, dip tanks (hot or cold). Wipe on, brush on, use in soak tanks, moderate pressure spray booths and ultrasonic cleaners. Removes grease, cosmoline grease, oily carbon, carbon exhaust, coolant residues, baked on hydraulic and lube oils, motor oils, die lubes, inks, road film, solvent based rust preventatives, lapping compound, printers ink and other general dirt and debris.
