The lodging and hospitality industry has one of the highest employee turnover rates. Recent data shows that only 63% of hospitality employees specifically reported an intention to work for their employer in the next year compared to 67% for employees in all industries. This means that almost 40% of the staff will need to be trained each year.

Spartan CleanCheck modules include online and DVD based tutorials, laminated training cards, interactive tests, and an instructor manual. Training components are provided in both English and Spanish.
